Arranging mobility might need involvement in all related countries of:

• Capgemini’s departments and partners regarding mobility services
• Local and regional government institutions.

The duration of getting the mobility for the individual resources in place in time can be a major factor in the transition planning.

The status of the mobility of the resources is logged in the artifact Mobility Tracker and monitored closely. In case that the arrangement of mobility is not proceeding according to the plan additional temporary measures might be needed. For instance other, local, resources have to be used instead or the Knowledge Exchange might need to be postponed or a different method has to be used.
